I haven't come across the McWiccan. This is more horrifying, because it's not written by a thirteen year old girl who is too young to know better, but the editor of a magazine who is trying to save the souls of children who might be corrupted by Harry Potter. It's not true fanfic, in that sense, but... it's not too different in tone, style, or literary quality from what you'd find on ff.net. But it's also hysterical. Vernon Dursley is the hero of the piece, apparently on the assumption that anyone who condemns wizardry must be a good person.
And Dudley... actually, if you can bring yourself, go read. It's pretty funny when it's not outrageous.
